Real transformation happens through experience, not just insight.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist who works with high-achieving, capable people who are struggling internally with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, depression, or imposter syndrome. You may function well on the outside while feeling emotionally disconnected, self-critical, or exhausted beneath the surface. My work is for those who want more than coping strategies and are ready to reconnect with themselves in a way that builds clarity, resilience, and real change.
My approach is grounded in the science of attachment and emotion, with a focus on helping you relate to your feelings as meaningful guides rather than obstacles. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and genuinely “in it” with them. Together, we’ll explore your emotional experience so change can take shape in a way that is felt and lasting.
There is a distinct physical sensation of change, which you recognize once you have experienced it. We call it a body shift. When people have this even once, they no longer helplessly wonder for years whether they are changing or not.

Who I Work Best With
I work best with people who want to understand themselves more deeply and are open to a collaborative, emotionally engaged therapy process. I have specialized training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), an evidence-based approach that uses emotional experience as the catalyst for change. At Clarity Therapy NYC, a Manhattan-based private practice, I’ve helped over 30 clinicians connect with clients they’re best equipped to support, building meaningful practices through ethical marketing and authentic storytelling.
